How long should a podcast intro be?
Most run 10 to 30 seconds. Pick 0:30 for the intro itself, or 1:00 to 2:00 for a bed that sits under the first minute of talk.
Can I turn the music down under my voice?
Take the stems: drop the drums and keys under the talking and bring them back for the sign-off, or mute a part altogether.
